Coronavirus Information
General Information
At Colwich, we are continuing to nurture our children and deliver our curriculum through this challenging pandemic.
We are working hard to ensure that all our learners continue to flourish and grow whether they are in school or learning remotely.
On this page you will find all you need to know about our response to the pandemic. It demonstrates how we are keeping all our children, staff and families safe.
Latest Information
Both national and school operational guidance regarding Covid-19 changes from today as we move towards ‘living with COVID’. From Monday, this means:
• Children and young people who are unwell and have a high temperature should stay at home and avoid contact with other people. They can go back to school, college or childcare when they no longer have a high temperature, and they are well enough to attend.
• Children with a positive COVID-19 test result should try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 3 days.
• The government will no longer provide free universal symptomatic and asymptomatic COVID testing for the general public.
